| I'm leaving for summer school next Friday. I can't believe it's coming so fast.. I've been sitting here making a list of what needs to be done, and I still feel like I'll show up in Madison completely unprepared.
I get a knot in my stomach every time I think about how homesick I'll be. Everyone even says the first week is hell. I've never been alone away from family for more than two days. And even then, I knew I was with friends. I know that I need this time to get out on my own and be independent. I'm the baby in the family.
I just gotta remind myself that it's normal to feel like this. The opportunities coming my way are amazing beyond words, and I've got too much on my plate to worry about a dumb guy.
